Returns & Refund Policy – Nahtanra

At Nahtanra, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for any reason — whether the product is defective, incorrect, or simply not what you expected.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. How to Start a Return

Email support@nahtanra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
  • (Optional) A clear photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items (e.g., personalized or hygiene-related products) may be marked as final sale. These will be noted on the product page.
